sorry for the lack of blogging

Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of blogging, I started my new job and it has been totally full on, but i have stuck to plan,and had losses, so I'm happy, and I am doing more excercise than I have ever done before, its brilliant, my clothes are sooo much slacker, and to top it off I got into a pair of jeans tat I bought in last years next sale in the hope of getting into, so I was so happy,grinning from ear to ear.
Got back into serious planning and cooking from scratch,instead of a curry full of syns on a weekend,so i can have a small nann bread as syns, as i can't do curry without nann.
Also been eating loads more fruit, have a bag full I take to work at the start of the week,and munching on that, I feel so much better just 3 weeks in.
My food diary from last week was
Thursday.
Breakfast- miller light,banana,orange and a plum
Lunch- rice,peppers,onions,lettuce,chicken all mixed up, used 1 syn on teaspoon of chilling sauce. Had bunch of grapes after my salad
Snack at work- snack a jacks (syns)
Tea- syn free sausage,Mr mash, salad, roasted peppers and onions
Supper/night time snack, 2 babybel and hi fun bar

Friday.
Breakfast-activia snack.pot, banana and plum
Lunch - rice salad same as yesterday, fruit salad, hi fi bar
Tea- Mr mash pizza and salad, grapes
Snack - syns bag of French fries, 2 finger kit Kay

Saturday
Breakfast- grilled bacon, egg, wholemeal toast (syns teaspn Tom ketchup) 2x plums, banana
Lunch- cheese omlette,beans,salad,beetroot, fruit salad
Tea- sw chicken and veg curry, rice, sw chips, syns nan bread
Syns- nan bread with tea, kit kat,bag of French fries

Sunday
Breakfast - miller light,banana,orange
Lunch - fruit salad,hi fi bar
Tea - roast turkey dinner, syns ypud and gravy
Snack - fresh pineapple and 2 babybels

Monday
Breakfast - miller light,2x plums, grapes
Lunch - wholemeal bap, ham, salad,fruit salad
Tea- chicken breast,stuffed with a babybel,wrapped in Bacon, sw chips, broccoli,carrots
Snack French fries, flying saucers

Tuesday
Breakfast - activa snack pot,fruit salad
Lunch- baby roasted potatoes,salad,ham and banana
Tea- syn free burgersx2, 2 small wholemeal baps, 1 hex, 1 syns, babybels grated,sw chips, salad, followed by an orange and a pear
Syn/snacks 1 small wholemeal bap,Tom ketchup, French fries

Today
Breakfast -muller light, banana, 2x plums
Lunch- bag of snack a jacks, Laughing cow spread on them, ham,beetroot and fruit salad
Tea -chippy chips,mushy peas, wholemeal bap

HAPPY NEW YEAR

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE, well 30 weeks today i will be boarding that plane to Cyprus, my mum has just rang and she is being good now too!
Yesterday i had a good day, been off my food a bit recently ( i was in hospital with food poisoning the wednesday before Christmas, so my stomachdoesn't agree with much at the moment)
But i went to my best friends last night and her and her hubby ordered an indian banquet, i had a few bits, but not too much, was within my syns, and i don't drink, so it was ok, got to bed about 2am, and i was so tired, fell straight asleep.
today i am going to deliver some leaflets for my consultant, get a free countdown, and it is great body magic, i start my new job this week, i am a bit nervous, but i am looking forward to the new challenge, and also looking forward to being slimmer, and hopefully liking myself a bit more x
